At Badge Specialists, we take pride in our custom-made badges and strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure our refund policy is fair and transparent.

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as we produce the badges made to order. This means that once you have approved the artwork and paid for your custom badges, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We encourage all customers to carefully review the artwork and design specifications before approving their custom orders.

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
